These terms are an agreement between you and Nautical Dreams LTD ("we", "us") for your use of SiteProjects, a construction project management app for teams and their clients. By creating an account or using SiteProjects, you agree to these terms. If you use SiteProjects on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Project owners and managers decide who joins their projects and what each person can see.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to SiteProjects, including plans, photos, messages, expenses and documents ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process and display your content only so we can run SiteProjects for you and the people you share it with.
You confirm you have the right to upload your content, and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights (for example, copyright in drawings you did not create).
3. Our intellectual property
SiteProjects and everything we provide as part of it, including the software, design, layout, text, the user guide, emails, logos, icons, illustrations and other images, are owned by Nautical Dreams LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Nautical Dreams LTD. SiteProjects, sITePROJECTS and the SiteProjects logo are trademarks of Nautical Dreams LTD. You may not use our name, logo or images without our written permission, except to refer to SiteProjects accurately.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use SiteProjects under these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create works based on any part of SiteProjects, or remove any copyright or trademark notices, unless we agree in writing. This does not affect ownership of your content (section 2).
Copyright complaints. If you believe something in SiteProjects infringes your copyright, email lizzy@nauticaldreamsja.com with: a description of the work, where it appears in SiteProjects, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We will review it and remove infringing material where appropriate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, offensive or that contains viruses;
- try to access projects, accounts or data you have not been given access to;
- disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- use SiteProjects to send spam or to harass anyone.
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.
5. Measurements and project information
Measurements taken with the plan tools depend on the scale you set and the quality of the image, and may not be exact. Always check critical dimensions against the original approved drawings before ordering materials or building. SiteProjects is a tool to help manage projects; it does not replace professional advice from architects, engineers or other qualified people.
6. Plans, payments and changes
Some features may require a paid subscription. If so, prices and billing terms will be shown before you pay. We may change, add or remove features over time, and will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.
7. Availability
We work to keep SiteProjects running reliably, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important documents.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, SiteProjects is provided "as is", and Nautical Dreams LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, project delays or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using SiteProjects at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise its personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, though content shared into other people's projects may stay visible to them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use SiteProjects means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and its courts will handle any disputes.
